George Seretis, D.O.
Dr. Seretis is a board-certified Family Physician. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies at New York University, he earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then went on to serve as a family medicine resident at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. During his residency he served as chief resident from 1996 to 1997. Dr. Seretis joined Christiana Care in 1997, where he provided comprehensive care for families of Salem and Gloucester Counties.
As a board-certified Family Physician, Dr. Seretis is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Medical Society of New Jersey and the Gloucester County Medical Society.
Dr. Seretis served as a community outpatient preceptor at the Christiana Care Family Medicine Residency for the past 6 years, where he was awarded “Outstanding Preceptor” in 2004. His present teaching affiliations include: associate outpatient clinical professor, Thomas Jefferson University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Seretis lives and is active in his hometown community of Woolwich Township. His wife has a Masters degree in Physical Therapy and provides care for Gloucester County residents and they have three young children.
AnnMarie Latham, PA-C
Certified Physicians Assistant
AnnMarie completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences. During her college years, she was an active volunteer EMT with the local rescue squad. After college, she worked at a Behavior Modification Technician under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist for a pediatric facility in South Jersey for a year before going back to school for Physician Assistant.
AnnMarie did her postgraduate studies at Drexel University, where she earned her Masters Degree in Health Science and her certificate in Physician Assistant studies. Prior to joining the staff at SeretisCare, she worked at an urgent care facility near Trenton, NJ. She is recognized by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistant.
She sees and treats patients from children to the elderly, treating a wide range of conditions varying from the acute infections to the management of chronic diseases. She is also available for well-child, adult physicals, well-woman exams, Pap smears and pelvic exams.
AnnMarie currently resides in Gloucester County with her husband and daughter and looks forward to caring for our patients and our community.
Zachariah Smith, MSN, APN, FNP-BC
Zachariah earned his Associates in Applied Science in Nursing at Cumberland County College where he went onto graduate Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and continued with his studies to earn a Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University in 2017. He was also Vice President of Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society of two-year colleges and was named to the New Jersey all-academic team.
Zachariah has cared for trach and vent dependent children, who require total assistance, as well as other types of patients. His work experience includes: Telemetry and ICU nursing at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County, pediatric work as a school nurse, nurse supervisor of a 68-bed long-term care unit.
Zachariah currently resides in Vineland, Cumberland County, NJ with his 2 daughters and 1 son and is engaged to Cheryl, who is an elementary school teacher.
Zachariah will be available for outpatient appointments throughout the week and will also be providing care one Saturday per month starting in July. Our office will be open the 2nd Saturday of every month starting in July from 8am – 1pm for acute ailments, injuries and follow-up appointments making it even more convenient for our patients to get the care they need and deserve.
Christine Myers, RN
Christine has worked alongside Dr. Seretis since 1998 when she started as a medical assistant in Carneys Point. She attended Gloucester County College where she obtained her nursing degree as a certified Registered Nurse. She joined Dr. Seretis as part of the inaugural staff of SeretisCare in 2006 and has been here ever since.
Christine’s focus of expertise is in out-patient, ambulatory and preventive services. She excels in procedural set-up and is Dr. Seretis’ main procedural assistant on most out-patient, minor surgical procedures done in the office. She plays an important role in arranging continuing care, including pre-operative preparation and post-operative patient education. As a Registered Nurse, Christine, is responsible for maintaining the quality of nursing care delivered by our nursing staff. She plays a vital role in the process of clinical decision-making, approaches to infection control, office safety, release of information within legal guidelines, explaining and obtaining informed consents, medical emergency preparation, patient and family education.
She also concentrates on continuous quality of services improvement and promoting and maintaining patient satisfaction through effective complaint management, orientation and education of the medical office staff and ensures that the office is well stocked and prepared for most office, medical emergencies. She maintains inventory of all medical supplies and oversees compliance with established record keeping guidelines for the office. Christine’s main attribute is how she excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Like all our staff here, she has great interpersonal skills allowing her to deal with many personalities, has strong medical decision-making skills, pays specific attention to details, and is efficient, organized and resourceful.
Christine currently lives in Logan Township with her husband and three children, has family in Carneys Point and is well established in both, Salem and Gloucester counties.
Lacy McCaffery, RN
Lacy graduated Pennsville Memorial High School in 2006 and received a full scholarship to Salem Community College’s Practical Nursing Program where she obtained her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in 2008. Lacy began her nursing career here at SeretisCare in 2008 and has been with SeretisCare since. Through hard work and diligence, Lacy recently obtained her RN Certification.
Lacy entered the medical field because she considers it a field of prestige and endless opportunity. She is proud of the knowledge gained from her education and of the knowledge she gains every day. She is excited and enthusiastic to be a part of SeretisCare due to the high-quality care provided and the enjoyable working environment.
Lacy’s expertise is in out-patient and preventive services. She is responsible for maintaining the office flow, explaining and obtaining informed consents, medical emergency preparation, patient and family education. She also ensures that the office is well stocked and prepared for the patients and providers. Lacy’s main attribute is her willingness and desire to work and learn on the job. She is extremely diligent about details and like all of us, seems to excel under pressure and in our fast-paced environment. She has excellent interpersonal skills, can deal with many differing personalities, and is efficient and organized.
She currently lives in Salem County with her husband and son, has family in Salem County and is also well established in Salem and Gloucester counties.
Lorraine Ganski, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Lorraine graduated Rowan University with Health Care Administration & Management & went onto Salem Community College’s Practical Nursing Program where she obtained her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in 2008. She began her career as a nursing supervisor of a busy subacute care facility later went onto manage personal injury claims delivering over 96% quality assurance ratings eventually joining our staff at SeretisCare in March, 2013.
We’re proud to say that Lorraine was recently promoted to our “Triage Nurse” providing advocacy telephonic triage information for patients, including assessing and identifying appropriate course of care. She has proven prior authorization completeness based on her wealth of knowledge of health insurance criteria. Lorraine, is excited and enthusiastic to be a part of SeretisCare due to the high-quality care provided and the enjoyable working environment.
Lorraine is an accomplished healthcare professional with diversified and progressive industry experience as demonstrated daily in our office. She possesses expertise in out-patient and preventive services. She has excellent interpersonal skills, can deal with many differing personalities, and is efficient and organized.

Erika Werts, MA
Erika, a graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School 2008, received her Medical Assistant certification from Harris School of Business in 2011. After having spent her externship at our office, she was offered a position with SeretisCare and started her career in May 2011 and has been here since. Erika, has developed an excellent knowledge about the medical field and is responsible for maintaining various types of automated medical office equipment, autoclaves, medicine closets, diagnostic machines, and other medical equipment.
Erika particularly excels in assisting our providers in preparing medical charts, preparing patients for examination, obtaining vital signs on patients, administering vaccines, maintaining medical records and statistics, data storage, and filing diagnostic test results. Erika’s strongest attribute is her desire to work and learn the qualities necessary to deal with insurance companies and patient flow. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills making her able to deal with many differing personalities that come with the job.
She currently lives in Salem County with her family.

Wanda joined Dr. Seretis & SeretisCare in August 2013 as a medical receptionist. She provides a friendly and familiar face when greeting our patients. Wanda, manages appointments, is very informative and detail oriented. Like all our medical receptionists, Wanda, has adapted well to our fast-paced environment. She too has great interpersonal skills and strong decision-making. Wanda, is efficient, organized and knowledgeable in reviewing insurance pre-authorizations and verifications, billing, coding, collections, appointment scheduling and medical records maintenance.
Wanda lives in Salem County with her husband David.
Vanessa joined SeretisCare in July 2009 as one of our medical receptionists. Vanessa brings her pleasant personality and hard work ethic to our office. Her main contribution is her communication skill. She is excellent at processing important information by compiling, verifying and categorizing it, scheduling appointments, receiving and making telephone calls, helps maintain the necessary correspondence with patients, colleagues and superiors and other administrative duties. Vanessa, has outstanding interpersonal skills, manages many different situations in a pleasant, organized and efficient manner.
