Dr. Seretis & the SeretisCare Family Practice Team would like to introduce, Zachariah Smith, MSN, APN, FNP-BC, as our newest provider to serve our patients and community. Zachariah will start his career on Monday, June 18, 2018 and will continue providing the upmost quality and compassionate care that we have come accustom to delivering.

Zachariah Smith, MSN, APN, FNP-BC, earned his Associates in Applied Science in Nursing at Cumberland County College where he went onto graduate Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and continued with his studies to earn a Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University in 2017.
Zachariah, was Vice President of Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society of two-year colleges. He was also named to the New Jersey all-academic team.
Zachariah has cared for trach and vent dependent children, who require total assistance among other types of patients. His work experience includes: Telemetry and ICU nursing at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County as well as working with pediatrics as a school nurse. He was a nurse supervisor of a 68-bed long-term care unit and over his career, has gained invaluable experience and hopes to continue gaining more. Zachariah will be seeing and treating patients of all ages, ranging from pediatrics to the elderly. He will be treating a wide range of conditions varying from the acute infections to the management of chronic diseases.
Zachariah will be available for outpatient appointments throughout the week and will also be providing care one Saturday per month starting in July. Our office will be open the 2nd Saturday of every month starting in July from 8am – 1pm for acute ailments, injuries and follow-up appointments making it even more convenient for our patients to get the care they need and deserve.
Zachariah currently resides in Vineland, Cumberland County, NJ with his 2 daughters and 1 son and is engages to Cheryl, who is an elementary school teacher. Please join my staff, AnnMarie, my family and I in welcoming Zachariah to our practice and community.
AnnMarie Latham, PA-C, completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences. During her college years, she was an active volunteer EMT with the local rescue squad. After college, she worked at a Behavior Modification Technician under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist for a pediatric facility in South Jersey for a year before going back to school for Physician Assistant.
AnnMarie, did her postgraduate studies at Drexel University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Health Science and her certificate in Physician Assistant studies. Prior to joining the staff at SeretisCare, she worked at an urgent care facility near Trenton, NJ. She is recognized by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistant.
AnnMarie, sees and treats patients from children to the elderly, treating a wide range of conditions varying from the acute infections to the management of chronic diseases. She is also available for well-child, adult physicals, well-woman exams, Pap smears and pelvic exams.
AnnMarie, currently resides in Gloucester County with her husband and daughter and looks forward to caring for our patients and our community.
Myself, George Seretis, DO, am a board-certified Family Physician and a member of The Memorial Hospital of Salem County Board of Trustees and the medical staff. I have been in private practice since 1997, when I started my career in Carneys Point, NJ through 2015. I opened my solo-practice office, SeretisCare Family Practice, in Logan Twp., NJ on April 1st, 2006 and continue serving my patients and our communities of Salem and Gloucester Counties. We have one of the largest outpatient, Family Practice offices with nearly 14,000 patients that we care for daily and it’s been one of my greatest professional achievements. I am very proud to serve my patients and have one of the finest Teams around.
Upon completion of my undergraduate studies at New York University, I earned my medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. I then went on to serve as a family medicine resident at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio through 1997 and served as chief resident from 1996 to 1997.
I’ve served as a community outpatient preceptor at the Christiana Care Family Medicine Residency and have precepting affiliations as an associate outpatient clinical professor, for Thomas Jefferson University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine medical, physician assistant and nurse practitioner students since 1998.
I am a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
My wife Pam and I have three children and are rooted in and live within our practicing community in Gloucester County, NJ.
