Due to office policies and HIPPA regulations which state e-mail and the web are not secure ways of communication, we ask that you do not use social media or e-mail to obtain test results, clinical matters, and answers to medical questions or refill requests. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide individual medical advice or answer any specific medical questions via e-mail.

Please contact our office by phone or consult with one of physician assistants or Dr. Seretis either by making an appointment or by calling our office to speak directly to a receptionist or one of our medical staff personnel, who can help you with your request(s) and up-to-date, reliable medical information that’s confidential and part of the HIPPA regulations. For all test results, please call to make an appointment to review these results as results will only be discussed face-to-face and not over e-mail, text, Facebook, instant messenger or phone.
